Terms and Conditions

Reservations are confirmed on payment of 50% of the rent owing and cleared funds received. Balance due 6 weeks before check-in date.

50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.

Cleaning charge fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.

Arrival time is usually between 3pm - 9pm. If this is not convenient please advise at time of booking

Departure - we kindly request that guests vacate the cottage by 10am on their day of departure.

Guests will be liable for any losses, damage or extra cleaning

We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.

Maximum occupancy of 2 guests.

No parties or events allowed

Only smoking outside permitted
